We have attractive packages available for landlords, to include a checklist and support for new landlords too.

We’ll be with you every step of the way: Do you already have a property ready to let? Do you need advice on what jobs to do to maximise your investment? Or do you need advice on a property you want to buy for your portfolio? Samantha, our director is on hand to assist.

Appraisal: We will visit your property and provide an honest account on what rent can be achieved, and how we use open houses to find the best tenant.

Marketing: Photography, detailed descriptions and a floor plan with every listing. We use OnTheMarket.com, KrispyHouse.com and Facebook to find our tenants.

Referencing: We have partnered with Goodlord to provide an efficient, streamlined process for our tenants which can be turned around as soon as 24 hours!

Fully Managed: We collect the rent, register the tenants deposit with TDS, carry out inventories, inspections and look after all the legal documentation for you.

Move In: We move in your tenant and provide you with a copy of the move-in inventory report. We also inform the utility companies when a tenancy starts and ends, as well as submit meter readings.

Additional Support: We also work with our landlords on adding properties to their portfolio. We can do desktop appraisals for re-mortgage purposes and give advice on potential buys via other agents as well as advise on property suitability for letting.
