Sam is passionate about helping people buy and sell property and has gained a well earned reputation for her honest, no nonsense (sometimes 'no filter') approach and proven track record in sales and auctions. Working in Estate Agency since Oct 2004, Sam has gained a wealth of experience and a valuable network of contacts in the local property industry, and is a qualified estate agent.
Sam will get involved in community events and donates to a number of charities including local foodbanks and the RNLI, please reach out to Sam for sponsorships too.
Steve has been a qualified Mortgage Advisor for over 15 years, more recently in Estate Agency with Sullivans from 2022. Steve's wealth of understanding on financial situations makes him the 'go to' person, for honest and valuable advice across the Swansea West areas he covers.
Living in Sketty with his wife and two busy boys, Steve also knows the popular locations for local schools and family activities. At Sullivans we pride ourselves in verifying our buyer's financial situations thoroughly, so Steve is a great asset to check over more difficult cases within the team.
Sharon is the backbone of Sullivans, from answering the majority of our incoming calls to looking after our buyers and attending viewings. Sharon is very experienced in Residential Sales and historically New Homes with Westbury. Sharon will negotiate Sales and assist the team in progressing Sales to Completion.
Anyone who has spoken or met Sharon will feel at ease from her bubbly character and supportive nature. The best thing about the job for Sharon, is handing over keys to buyers on completion.
Helen has over 20 years experience in valuing and selling homes across South Wales. Living in a little village called Glynneath with her family, Helen enjoys predominantly looking after Neath and Port Talbot. Aberavon Beach is a favourite for taking the dogs out.
Helen is a Welsh speaker so also available across Swansea, Llanelli and Ammanford which she has spent a lot of time in over the years.
The legal system in buying and selling property, is somewhat broken, so Helen wants to help take those unbalanced stresses out of moving to make it a much smoother process for everyone.

Harley lives in Tycores, Ammanford so offers support to sellers in the Ammanford and Cross Hands area. With a wealth of experience in event planning and promotions, Harley brings a fresh look on marketing opportunities.
